Could you analyse which is the correct way of writing and add a rule to it if one of them is the best/correct?
I was looking at:
“Claro que tudo isto é importante”
vs
“Claro que isto tudo é importante”
Or are both 100% correct?

I try to guide myself by the following:
If I have a lot of doubts after reading about a rule, maybe I should think about something else. Academic research in linguistics is not a topic that interests me, and I do not wish to be the person that unties those discussions, since, in my opinion, they are fruitless.
There are still too many commonly accepted rules missing and too many exceptions that can be added to existing rules.
I would advise not worrying about borderline cases.
