Rollout on-premise server for client's Chrome Addon

Hello, everyone.
Can someone give me a tip on how I can roll out the “Custom Server” setting for Languagetools Chrome addon for some PCs in a Windows domain? Installation via GPO was easy, but I struggle with the settings.
