I’ve Premium LT but somehow every time I try to sign in @ Word. It says you need a premium account for it. I have one… How do I fix this? And is there a way to directly speak to LT for them to see my account details and why it may not work?
You account looks okay. Could you contact us at LanguageTool - Imprint, maybe suggesting a date and time for a screen sharing session?
