The Style Guide is documented here: LanguageTool’s Style Guide Feature for Individual Users - for people who use the LT Cloud, it’s the only way to have their own (very simple) rules.

For the browser add-on, there’s a toggle when you click on the icon in the lower-right corner, so I don’t think it’s very hidden for add-on users.
Ah, I see now you were referring to the homepage. Yes, it’s not very visible there… I’ll discuss that with the product team.
I suggest a prominent link to this documentation where the style guide is mentioned, instead of the rather vague description.
I never heard of the LT cloud …?
