text too long even on the pro plan

I just bought the pro plan, and had been using a local server until this point. It had started failing and I swapped off the local server to the cloud service, only to be told that my document was too large, (over 10k). So I upgraded to the pro plan, but I’m still being told my document is too large, it says under 150k characters online, and my character counter says it is, but I’m still getting this error.

How can i properly get it to highlight my text and use the features I just paid for?

It seems the maximum value for the API (mentioned here) isn’t consistent with the value for the Premium subscription (mentioned here). I think 60,000 is the real maximum value for the API, but maybe @LanguageToolSupport can resolve this?
