What features does opensource version have?

What are the exact feature differences between the opensource version and premium version?

Is it missing ALL the premium features?

Please help clarify - or is it just some premium features?

I see some places say it is the “AI features” missing - but what exactly are the “AI features”

Basically, yes, it’s missing all the premium features if you’re referring to the Open Source code at Github. Our public API, which you can also use on languagetool.org, has sometimes additional error detection rules active that are not part of the Open Source version.
