Windows Desktop Client does not detect Language in Outlook

Hi all,
I have an English windows 11 and an English windows 10 client.
On both, there is an English Office365 installed.
Within Outlook, the Desktop Client does not the language of an email. It always thinks it is English. Even when I mark the text as German.
Outlook itself detects the language correctly, by the way.

Is this a setting somewhere or is this not supported?

Thanks for the report. Could you send a screenshot? Is there maybe an English signature in your emails?

Hello, I have the same problem… and yes I do have an English signature in my email, however we communicate in 4 different languages… Is there a way to select the language while writing in Outlook?
