Wrong Language in Language Tool / Cannot Upload Files

Using LT in Libreoffice Writer 7.1.5.2 (x64) on Windows 10. Language Tool is set to British English, as is the Language option on LO.

LT ‘corrects’ text suggesting Dutch words, yet explains the ‘correction’ in English.

I would like to upload a sample file and screenshots but the site has just advised me that ‘new users cannot upload files.’
